Banana Fritters


What you need (based on my recipe)

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/3 cup soy milk
  • 6 tablespoons wheat flour

How to do it

1. Crush bananas till they are creamed.
2. Combine flour
3. Add soy milk and bananas then mix.
4. Dip a large spoon in oil and spoon scoop batter into frying pan.
5. Deep fry in a frying pan till brown and crisp on the edges.
6. Drain on paper towel then squeeze to remove excess oil and serve
